Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By using the Navigo app, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service Description

Navigo connects passengers with registered drivers for transportation services. We are not liable for any interactions or disputes between riders and drivers beyond platform policies.

3. Driver/Vehicle Verification

Drivers must be verified by Navigo and the Ministry before taking trips. All submitted documents must be genuine.

4. User Conduct

• No harassment, fraud, or abuse
• Drivers must follow road and traffic laws
• Riders must pay fair agreed fares
• Both parties must act respectfully

5. Payment & Fees

• Drivers keep 90% of the fare, Navigo takes 10%
• Navigo may introduce other charges (e.g. per-trip fee to Ministry)

6. Cancellation & Refunds

• Riders and drivers may cancel trips under valid circumstances
• Refunds will be reviewed case-by-case

7. Suspension or Termination

Navigo can suspend or ban users for violating terms, safety issues, or non-compliance with Ministry guidelines.

8. Liability Disclaimer

• Accidents, delays, or disputes between riders/drivers
• Loss or theft during rides
• Offline transactions not recorded on the app

9. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Anambra State and Nigeria.
